  • Files are uploaded through a private Dropbox File Request link.
  • Uploaders cannot browse the destination folder or see other client files.
  • Files are transferred over SSL/TLS.
  • Dropbox stores files using 256-bit AES encryption.

Working boundary

Files are used only to prepare the requested transcript or draft report. Drafts are returned to you for review and final issue.

Retention, deletion and processor terms can be agreed before ongoing paid work.
