Information handled
SurveyDrafts may receive names, email addresses, firm details, dictation, written notes, report templates and job references supplied for a drafting instruction.
Purpose
Information is used to communicate about the instruction and to produce the requested transcript or draft report. Survey files are used only to prepare the requested transcript or draft report.
Processors
Stripe is used for hosted checkout and payment records. Dropbox is used for secure file upload and storage. Transcription and drafting tools may be used to support the instruction, subject to the agreed working terms for live jobs.
Retention
Retention and deletion periods should be agreed for ongoing work. You can request deletion of supplied files by emailing hello@surveydrafts.co.uk.
