Survey files should not travel as loose email attachments.
SurveyDrafts uses a private Dropbox File Request for uploads, with TLS-protected transfer and Dropbox AES-256 storage encryption.
Working boundary
Survey files are used to prepare the requested transcript or draft report only. Drafts are returned to the instructing surveyor for review, amendment and final issue.
Retention periods, deletion timing and any controller/processor terms should be confirmed before ongoing paid work.
